  • 4 oz (dry) banza chickpea or lentil pasta

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 8 oz tomato sauce

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 cup beef broth (low sodium)

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 1 tsp worchestire sauce

  • 6 oz tomato paste

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add in and break up ground beef.

  2. Cook until brown and not pink.

  3. Add and mix in tomato paste, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.

  4. Continue to cook for a few minutes then mix in tomato sauce, almond milk, and beef broth while increasing heat from medium to high until boiling.

  5. Once boiling, turn heat down to medium and add in pasta.

  6. Cover skillet and continue to cook for around 10-15 minutes while stirring throughout.

  7. Add and mix in worchestire sauce at the very end.

  8. Evenly divide recipe into 8 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
