  • 1 lb rotisserie chicken (shredded)

  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese

  • 4 slices bacon (chopped)

  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt (plain)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp parsley

  • 1 tsp dill

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add bacon and cook until crispy.

  2. Once done, remove and place on a paper towel.

  3. Once cool, chop up.

  4. In a blender, add cottage cheese, greek yogurt, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.

  5. Blend on high until smooth.

  6. In a slow cooker on low, add and mix chicken, cheddar, bacon, and sauce.

  7. Let everything sit in the slow cooker for a few minutes to heat chicken.

  8. Evenly divide chicken into 7 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
