1 lb rotisserie chicken (shredded)
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon (chopped)
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt (plain)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp parsley
1 tsp dill
In a skillet over medium heat, add bacon and cook until crispy.
Once done, remove and place on a paper towel.
Once cool, chop up.
In a blender, add cottage cheese, greek yogurt, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
Blend on high until smooth.
In a slow cooker on low, add and mix chicken, cheddar, bacon, and sauce.
Let everything sit in the slow cooker for a few minutes to heat chicken.
Evenly divide chicken into 7 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
