2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 cup primal kitchen mayo
1/2 apple (diced)
1 celery rib (diced)
2 tbsp cilantro
2 tbsp red onion (diced)
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 tbsp lime juice
In a bowl, add and mix together curry powder, primal kitchen mayo, and lime juice.
Once mixed, add and mix together rotisserie chicken, apple, celery, red onion, and raisins.
