  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

  • 2 thick slices of cooked bacon (sugar free)

  • black pepper

  • 5 eggs

  1. Make sure to cook the slices of bacon before making each egg bite mug.

  2. In a bowl, add and blend the eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, and pepper for 10 - 20 seconds.

  3. Spray six mugs with a little non-stick spray and evenly divide each mug with the egg mixture. Take note that this recipe only makes 6 egg bite mugs, so be careful dividing egg mixture into each mug.

  4. Divide the chopped bacon equally among all mugs.

  5. Cover mugs and store in fridge until ready to eat.

  6. Once ready to eat, microwave for 20 second increments while stirring in between each increment until egg is completely cooked through and set.

  7. Eating one egg bite mug will come as close as possible to the given macros.
