Feta Mug Omlette

3 whole eggs
1 egg white (seperated from yolk)
1 tbsp feta cheese
1/4 cup spinach
1 tbsp green onions (diced)
1 tbsp red peppers (diced)
In a mug, spray or wipe down the inside with olive oil.
In that same mug, add and mix together all ingredients.
Microwave on high for 20 second increments while stirring in between each increment until eggs are completely cooked through and set.
Once done, let sit and cool.
Eating 1 mug will come as close as possible to the given macros.
