2 cups dill pickle chips
1 tbsp almond flour
1 cup pork rinds (crushed)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
Preheat air fryer to 400º F.
In a bowl, add and mix dill pickle slices with almond flour until fully covered.
In a seperate bowl, add and whisk the egg.
In a third seperate bowl, add and mix together crushed pork rinds, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
Once done, coat each pickle slice in the egg.
Next, coat each pickle slice in the crushed pork rinds and place on a plate.
Repeat process until each pickle slice is covered.
Evenly distribute the pickle slices in the air fryer and fry for 8 minutes or until your desired crisp.
Eating half of the recipe will come as close as possible to the given macros.
