German Cake Cookies

2 1/4 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup raw honey
1/2 cup grass fed butter
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup coconut flakes
Preheat oven 350º F.
Combine all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips, coconut and pecans) in large bowl and mix.
Combine wet ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Fold in Chocolate chips, coconut and pecans.
Chill dough in refrigerator for about 15-30 mins.
Scoop 1-1.5 tablespoon sized ball onto a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake for 5-10 mins but be sure to watch them carefully!
