Glazed Vanilla Donuts

1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond milk
2 egg whites
2 tbsp apple sauce
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp almond extract
Preheat oven to 325º F.
Spary a donut baking pan with a non-stick spray.
In a bowl, add and mix eggs, almond milk, apple sauce, and vanilla extract.
In a seperate bowl, add and mix protein powder, coconut flour, and baking powder.
Add and mix the protein mixture into the egg mixture.
Add batter mixture into donut baking pan which should have enough for 6 donuts.
Bake for around 20 minutes or until your desired consistency but be careful not to burn.
Once done, set aside to cool.
In a bowl, add and mix melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
Once mixed, add and mix in almond extract and coconut milk.
Continue to mix until smooth and place in refrigerator.
After 5 minutes in the refrigerator, remove glace and mix again until smooth.
Carefully dip one side of each donut in the glaze and place on parchement paper to dry.
Eating 3 out of the 6 donuts will come as close as possible to the given macros.
