  • 2 tbsp primal kitchen greek dressing

  • 2 cups rotesserie chicken

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 1 avocado (diced)

  • 4 oz. feta cheese

  • 3 cucumbers (diced)

  • 4 romaine lettuce hearts

  • 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives (halved)

  1. Evenly divide all ingredients into 4 servings or salad bowls.

  2. Add 1/2 tbsp of greek dressing on each serving and toss.
