1 1/4 scoop level-1 vanilla ice cream protein powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup birch benders paleo pancake mix
In a bowl, add and mix all ingredients.
In a non-stick pan on low heat, pour a little bit of the mixture in the middle and cover with a lid.
After a few minutes, add a little more mixture on top of the same pancake and cover again with a lid.
After a few more minutes do the same thing as before.
A few minutes after that, flip the pancake and cover again.
Recipe should have enough to make around 3 pancakes and eating one pancake will come as close as possible to the given macros.
