  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)

  • 3 cups cole slaw cabbage mix

  • 1 cup sugar snap peas

  • 3 green onions (diced)

  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds

  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (seperated)

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

  • 3 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp ginger

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos

  1. In a bowl, add and mix together cole slaw mix, chicken, snap peas, green onions, oranges, and almonds.

  2. In a seperate bowl, add and mix together coconut aminos, olive oil, ginger, garlic powder, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.

  3. Pour dressing on salad and mix well.

  4. Evenly divide recipe into 6 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
