Mandarin Chicken Salad

3 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)
3 cups cole slaw cabbage mix
1 cup sugar snap peas
3 green onions (diced)
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1 cup mandarin oranges (seperated)
1/4 cup rice vinegar
3 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp coconut aminos
In a bowl, add and mix together cole slaw mix, chicken, snap peas, green onions, oranges, and almonds.
In a seperate bowl, add and mix together coconut aminos, olive oil, ginger, garlic powder, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
Pour dressing on salad and mix well.
Evenly divide recipe into 6 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
