Mango Salsa Shrimp

4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 1/2 cup mango (diced)
1/3 cup red bell pepper (diced)
3 tbsp red onion (diced)
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
3 tbsp cilantro
1 1/2 tsp honey
1 1/2 lb shrimp
In a bowl, add and mix 2 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, paprika, and cumin.
Add shrimp and toss until completely covered and set aside.
In a seperate bowl, add and mix mango, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and 2 tbsp olive oil.
In a skillet over medium heat, add shrimp and cook until pink.
Once done, remove and set shrimp aside.
In the same skillet, add any left over juice from original shrimp bowl and honey.
Cook for a couple minutes and add mixture over shrimp.
Evenly divide shrimp and mango salsa into 6 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
