8 oz. tempeh
1/4 cup tamari
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sriracha
Cut tempeh into cubes.
Place tempeh into a steamer and steam for around 8 minutes or until soft.
In a bowl, add and mix tamari, vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, and sriracha.
In a seperate bowl, add the tempeh and pour mixture over top to marinate for around 20-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425º F.
Add the tempeh on a baking sheet and bake for around 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and cover with some of the marinade.
Continue to bake for another 8 minutes or until slightly crispy.
