  • 8 oz. tempeh

  • 1/4 cup tamari

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp sriracha

  1. Cut tempeh into cubes.

  2. Place tempeh into a steamer and steam for around 8 minutes or until soft.

  3. In a bowl, add and mix tamari, vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, and sriracha.

  4. In a seperate bowl, add the tempeh and pour mixture over top to marinate for around 20-30 minutes.

  5. Preheat oven to 425º F.

  6. Add the tempeh on a baking sheet and bake for around 8 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and cover with some of the marinade.

  8. Continue to bake for another 8 minutes or until slightly crispy.
