1 Mason Jar

2/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 onion (diced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
Grab two mason jars and spray the inside with nonstick cooking spray.
Add two whole eggs into each mason.
Evenly divide cheese, onion, and bell pepper into each mason.
Place lids on each mason and shake until well combined.
Remove lids and place each mason in the microwave one at a time.
Heat each mason up for around 2-3 minutes while checking every 20-30 seconds to make sure not to burn.
Once done, be careful removing glass from microwave and let each mason cool.
Eating the contents of 1 mason jar will come as close as possible to the given macros.
