2 lb ground beef
1 cup primal kitchen ketchup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (diced)
1 cup almond flour
3 cloves garlic (minced)
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, onion, and garlic.
Cook for around 5 minutes or until onions are soft.
Once done, set aside and let cool.
In a bowl, add and mix ground beef, almond flour, 1/2 cup primal kitchen ketchup, onions from skillet, and eggs.
Evenly divide mixture into a 12 cup muffin pan.
Bake for around 20 minutes or until beef is completely cooked through.
Once done and cool, evenly divide 1/2 cup primal kitchen ketchup on each muffin when ready to eat.
Eating 1 muffin will come as close as possible to the given macros.
