  • 2 lb ground beef

  • 1 cup primal kitchen ketchup

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 onion (diced)

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, onion, and garlic.

  3. Cook for around 5 minutes or until onions are soft.

  4. Once done, set aside and let cool.

  5. In a bowl, add and mix ground beef, almond flour, 1/2 cup primal kitchen ketchup, onions from skillet, and eggs.

  6. Evenly divide mixture into a 12 cup muffin pan.

  7. Bake for around 20 minutes or until beef is completely cooked through.

  8. Once done and cool, evenly divide 1/2 cup primal kitchen ketchup on each muffin when ready to eat.

  9. Eating 1 muffin will come as close as possible to the given macros.
