4 cups romaine lettuce
3/4 lb rotisserie chicken (shredded)
1 avocado (diced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion (diced)
2 roma tomatoes (diced)
1 cucumber (diced)
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp black olives (diced)
In a bowl, mix together the oregano, garlic, basil, red wine vinegar, water, and olive oil.
In a seperate bowl, mix together the romaine lettuce, diced avocado, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, diced black olives, and diced cucumber.
Once mixed, place chicken on top.
Pour dressing on top of salad or save dressing until ready to eat.
Evenly divide salad into 4 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
