Mediterranean Tuna Salad

1 red bell pepper (diced)
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup kalamata olives (halved)
1/2 cup chickpeas
15 oz tuna fish (drained)
1 cucumber (sliced)
1/4 red onion (diced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup parsley (diced)
1 lemon (juice of)
In a bowl, mix together the red onion, cucumber, tuna fish, garlic, chickpeas, kalamata olives, parsley, and bell pepper.
In a seperate bowl, mix together the olive oil, a little bit of black pepper, and lemon juice.
Add and mix together the dressing on top of the tuna mixture.
Evenly divide recipe into five servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
