  • 1/2 banana (frozen)

  • 1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 milk chocolate or vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 packet instant coffee

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients except sliced almond and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl.

  3. Top with sliced almonds.

  4. Eating one bowl will come as close as possible to the given macros.
