1/2 banana (frozen)
1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 milk chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 packet instant coffee
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In a blender, add all ingredients except sliced almond and blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a bowl.
Top with sliced almonds.
Eating one bowl will come as close as possible to the given macros.
