No Bake Cookies

2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1 1/2 cup oats (gluten-free)
1/2 cup peanut butter
In a bowl, add and mix protein powder and oats.
In a pan over medium heat, add and mix almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder.
Continue to mix while cooking until mixture has started to thicken then remove from heat.
Add and mix together chocolate mixture on top of oat mixture.
Once completely mixed, put bowl in fridge for around 15 minutes.
Take bowl out and form into 15 cookies or balls.
Eating 1 cookie or ball comes as close to the given macros as possible.
