Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1 1/2 cup oats (gluten-free)
1 cup almond four
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup honey (raw honey)
8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) grass fed butter
1 cup raisins *can add extra cinnamon for an extra cinnamon flavor
Pre-heat oven 350º F.
Mix all ingredients in one bowl until dough consistency!
Fold in raisins
Heaping scoop 1 tablespoon full of dough and place on baking pan with parchment paper.
Bake for 5-10 minutes! (I like mine undercooked for extra gooey)
Makes roughly 20-25 cookies!
