  • 1 cup protein cinnamon cookie batter level-1 protein

  • 1 1/2 cup oats (gluten-free)

  • 1 cup almond four

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/4 cup honey (raw honey)

  • 8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) grass fed butter

  • 1 cup raisins *can add extra cinnamon for an extra cinnamon flavor

  1. Pre-heat oven 350º F.

  2. Mix all ingredients in one bowl until dough consistency!

  3. Fold in raisins

  4. Heaping scoop 1 tablespoon full of dough and place on baking pan with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 5-10 minutes! (I like mine undercooked for extra gooey)

  6. Makes roughly 20-25 cookies!
