  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 cup sugar snap peas

  • 14 oz. cole slaw mix

  • 4 green onions

  • 1 cup oranges (diced)

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 3 tbsp sesame oil

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos

  1. In a bowl, add and mix cole slaw mix, sugar snap peas, green onions, and rotisserie chicken.

  2. In another bowl, add and mix coconut aminos, avocado oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ground ginger, and garlic powder to form a dressing.

  3. Pour dressing mixture over chicken mixture and mix well.

  4. Add and mix in diced oranges and almonds.

  5. Evenly divide recipe into 6 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
