  • 1 1/4 scoop level-1 vanilla ice cream protein powder

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup birch benders paleo pancake mix

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

  2. In a bowl, add and mix all ingredients.

  3. In a non-stick muffin pan, pour the batter into each muffin cup.

  4. Bake in oven for around 5-10 min. but be sure to check often and not burn.

  5. Evenly divide muffins into 3 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
