1/4 cup birch benders paleo mix
3/4 scoop 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder
4 tbsp almond milk
dash of baking soda
In a mug, add and mix all ingredients.
Add more almond milk if needed to reach pancake consistency.
Place mug in microwave for 20 sec.
Once done, mix.
Place back in microwave for another 20 sec.
Once done, mix again.
Place back in microwave for 10 sec.
Continue process until mug cake is to your desired consistency but be careful not to overcook.
Eating 1 mug cake will come as close as possible to the given macros.
