1/3 cup sour cream
1 pounds boneless chicken breasts, trimmed of excess fat
3/4 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly coat a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spra.
In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.
Place the chicken breasts evenly into the baking dish.
Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the chicken with the remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and not pink.
Turn the oven to broil and place the pan under the broiler for 2-3 minutes. Don't leave oven and only leave chicken in there long enough to slightly brown the top.
Let cool, eat immediately, or pack up 4 oz. of chicken to come close to the given macros.
