  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 3/4 cup level-1 vanilla ice cream protein powder

  • 1/4 cup honey

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.

  2. On a plate or baking sheet, roll the mixture into 24 equal protein balls.

  3. Place plate or sheet in freezer for around 20-30 minutes or until firm but not frozen.

  4. 4 protein balls will come as close as possible to the given macros.
