Peanut Butter No Bakes

1 1/2 cup oats (gluten-free)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup peanut butter (natural)
In a bowl, add and mix oats and protein powder.
In a sauce pan or skillet over medium heat, combine almond milk, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla extract.
Once combined, add mixture to oats and protein powder.
Mix together until completely combined and set bowl in fridge for at least 8 minutes.
On a baking sheet lined with parchement paper or silicon, evenly divide mixture into 16 cookies.
Place cookies in freezer for around 8-12 minutes or until they hold their shape.
Eating 2 cookies will come as close as possible to the given macros.
