  • 1/2 cup oats (gluten-free)

  • 1 1/2 scoops 1st phorm milk chocolate protein powder

  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup almond milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

  2. In a bowl, mix baking powder, protein powder, cocoa powder, and oats.

  3. Add and mix almond milk, peanut butter, and pumpkin.

  4. Add mixture into a small baking dish.

  5. Bake for around 10-15 minutes or to your desired consitency.

  6. Evenly divide recipe into 3 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
