Peanut Butter Squares

1/4 cup honey
2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 scoops 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder
Line a cake pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, add and mix protein powder and coconut flour.
In a seperate bowl, add peanut butter and melt slightly in the microwave but make sure to not do it too long!
Once melted slightly, add and mix in honey.
Add and mix the peanut butter mixture with the protein powder mixture until well combined.
Transfer mixture to the cake pan and distribute evenly.
Place cake pan in the fridge or freezer.
Once firm like a bar, take out and evenly cut into 10 servings or bars to come as close as possible to the given macros.
