Peppermint Bark Oatmeal

1/4 cup old fashioned oats (gluten free)
1 cup water
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Add and stir oats, water, and vanilla into a bowl.
Heat in microwave for around 1-2 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed. Feel free to add more water if needed.
Remove from the microwave and stir in protein powder plus cocoa powder. If the consistency of the oats gets too thick, add in a little more water.
Place chocolate chunks on top.
