3 chicken breasts
3/4 cup basil pesto sauce
3 slices mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Carefully pound each chicken breast with a meat tenderizer but be careful to not overdo it.
In a skillet over medum heat, add olive oil and cook chicken breasts for a couple minutes or until golden.
Once done, remove from heat and carefully transfer chicken breasts to a baking dish.
Evenly distribute basil pesto sauce on top of each chicken breast.
Add one slice of mozzarella on top of each chicken breast.
Slice up tomatoes and evenly divide slices on top of each chicken breast.
Bake for around 25 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through and not pink.
Eating one chicken breast will come as close as possible to the given macros.
