Protein Apple Sauce

1 1/2 lb red apples (any variation)
1 1/2 lb green apples (any variation)
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
8 scoops 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder
Carefully peel, core, and chop apples into small chunks.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add apples, maple syrup, 1/3 cup water, and cinnamon.
Cover the pan and cook/stir for around 12 minutes or until apples are falling apart.
Once done, remove from heat and let cool.
In a blender, add apple mixture and cider vinegar.
Blend until smooth or to your liking.
Evenly divide recipe into 8 servings.
Read carefully, add and mix in 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder per 1 serving of apple sauce.
Eating one serving will come as close as possible to the given macros.
