1 1/2 cup level-1 vanilla ice cream protein powder
12 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp xanthan gum
1/4 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 325º F.
Soften cream cheese and butter but be careful not to melt too much!
In a bowl, add and mix protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and xanthan gum.
In a seperate bowl, add and mix cream cheese, butter, olive oil, heavy cream, and eggs.
Add wet mixture into dry mixture and mix just enough that ingredients are completely mixed together.
In a bread pan that's completely greased with butter, add mixture and level inside.
Bake for around 30-40 minutes or until gold and completely baked through.
Evenly slice loaf into 10 slices to come as close to the given macros as possible.
