  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1 1/4 cup 1st phorm level-1 pumpkin spice latte protein powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 cup enjoy life chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a bowl, add and mix pumpkin puree, olive oil, vanilla, and egg.

  4. In a seperate bowl, add and mix almond flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

  5. Combine wet into dry ingredients.

  6. Add and mix in chocolate chips.

  7. Using a tablespoon, evenly scoop out and place cookies on the baking sheet lined with parchment until there's a total of 28 cookies

  8. Bake for a total of 5-8 minutes while checking on them every 2 minutes until puffy and not burnt.

  9. Eating 1 cookie will come as close as possible to the given macros.
