Pumpkin Chip Cookies

1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1 1/4 cup 1st phorm level-1 pumpkin spice latte protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp honey
1 cup enjoy life chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, add and mix pumpkin puree, olive oil, vanilla, and egg.
In a seperate bowl, add and mix almond flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Combine wet into dry ingredients.
Add and mix in chocolate chips.
Using a tablespoon, evenly scoop out and place cookies on the baking sheet lined with parchment until there's a total of 28 cookies
Bake for a total of 5-8 minutes while checking on them every 2 minutes until puffy and not burnt.
Eating 1 cookie will come as close as possible to the given macros.
