1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup almond flour
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
Preheat an oven to 350º F.
Spray non-stick cooking spray in an 8 muffin container.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Slowly stir in eggs, canned pumpkin, and vanilla extract until mixed evenly.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 full with batter.
Bake for around 25 minutes or until the muffins are cooked through but do not overcook.
Pack up 2 muffins to equal the given macros.
