1 cup almond butter
1/4 cupp almond flour
1 cup 1st phorm level-1 pumpkin spice latter protein powder
1 egg
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter (grass-fed)
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together egg, 1/3 cup honey, pumpkin puree, almond butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
In a seperate bowl, mix together almond flour, protein powder, and baking soda.
Add and combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
With a tablespoon, scoop out batter and place 2 in. apart on a baking sheet with a total of 24 cookies.
Bake for around 10 min. and check every 2 min. or until cookies are puffy and not burnt.
For frosting, mix together 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup honey, 1 stick butter, and 8 oz cream cheese.
Frosting the top of each cookie.
Eating 1 cookie will come as close as possible to the given macros.
