  • 1 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cupp almond flour

  • 1 cup 1st phorm level-1 pumpkin spice latter protein powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 stick butter (grass-fed)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a bowl, mix together egg,  1/3 cup honey, pumpkin puree, almond butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

  4. In a seperate bowl, mix together almond flour, protein powder, and baking soda.

  5. Add and combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

  6. With a tablespoon, scoop out batter and place 2 in. apart on a baking sheet with a total of 24 cookies.

  7. Bake for around 10 min. and check every 2 min. or until cookies are puffy and not burnt.

  8. For frosting, mix together 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup honey, 1 stick butter, and 8 oz cream cheese.

  9. Frosting the top of each cookie.

  10. Eating 1 cookie will come as close as possible to the given macros.
