1/4 cup mango
1/4 cup pineapple
1/4 banana (frozen)
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop 1st phorm opti-greens 50
handful of ice (optional)
In a blender, add and blend all ingredients until smooth.
Drinking 1 smoothie will come as close as possible to the given macros.
