Red, White, & Blue Yogurt

1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 scoop 1st phorm level-1 vanilla ice cream
In a bowl, add and mix greek yogurt and protein powder.
In a seperate bowl or mason jar, start to layer ingredients by placing some of the blueberries first followed with the yogurt mixture then by some of the strawberries.
Repeat the layering until no ingredients remain.
Eating 1 bowl or mason jar will come as close as possible to the given macros.
