1 cup mixed berries (frozen)
1 1/2 cups almond milk (plain)
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/4 tsp ground tumeric
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder
1 scoop 1st phorm opti-greens 50
In a blender on high, add and blend all ingredients until smooth.
Drinking one smoothie will come as close as possible to the given macros.
