  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (plain)

  • 1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt

  • 1/4 tsp ground tumeric

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder

  • 1 scoop 1st phorm opti-greens 50

  1. In a blender on high, add and blend all ingredients until smooth.
