2 scoops 1st phorm level-1 milk chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup oat flour
2 tsp red food coloring
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
3 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp coconut milk
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
In a bowl, add and mix together protein powder, oat flour, coconut flour, and cocoa powder.
In a seperate bowl, add and mix together cream cheese, greek yogurt, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
Add yogurt mixture into protein powder mixture and mix until a thick dough is formed.
Evenly roll out 12 protein balls.
Eating 4 protein balls will come as close as posible to the given macros.
