  • 2 scoops 1st phorm level-1 milk chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 2 tsp red food coloring

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 3 tbsp cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp coconut milk

  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

  1. In a bowl, add and mix together protein powder, oat flour, coconut flour, and cocoa powder.

  2. In a seperate bowl, add and mix together cream cheese, greek yogurt, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.

  3. Add yogurt mixture into protein powder mixture and mix until a thick dough is formed.

  4. Evenly roll out 12 protein balls.

  5. Eating 4 protein balls will come as close as posible to the given macros.
