Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 lb brussels sprouts
6 garlic cloves (minced)
6 tbsp olive oil
1 1/4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Slice brussels sprouts into halves.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, and brussels sprouts while making sure brussels sprouts are flat.
Cook until brussels sprouts are brown on the bottom.
Once brown, carefully transfer to a sheet pan.
Bake for around 15-20 minutes or until tender while carefully mixing every few minutes.
Once done baking and slightly cooled, add balsamic vinegar on top of brussels sprouts.
Evenly divide into four servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
