  • 1 lb sausage

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1 cup sauerkraut

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tsp garlic

  • 1/4 cup parmesan

  • 1/2 cup lentils

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

  2. In a pan over high heat, add lentils and cover with water.

  3. Cook until soft, remove from heat, let cool and drain any remaining water.

  4. In a bowl, add and mix together all ingredients.

  5. Once mixed, roll meatballs on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake meatballs until completely cooked through and not pink.

  7. Evenly divide meatballs into 10 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
