1 lb sausage
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup sauerkraut
2 tsp garlic
1/4 cup parmesan
1/2 cup lentils
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a pan over high heat, add lentils and cover with water.
Cook until soft, remove from heat, let cool and drain any remaining water.
In a bowl, add and mix together all ingredients.
Once mixed, roll meatballs on a baking sheet.
Bake meatballs until completely cooked through and not pink.
Evenly divide meatballs into 10 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
