Shredded Turkey Chili

1 poblano pepper (chopped)
3 cups shredded turkey (cooked)
1 large yellow onion (diced)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cumin
2 cups chicken broth
28 oz. diced tomatoes
4 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp olive oil
In a large pot, add olive oil over medium heat.
Add and mix in turkey and onion.
Cook for around 4-6 minutes.
Add and mix in tomato paste, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.
Add the chicken broth and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes.
Add and mix in the tomatoes.
Cook for another 20-25 minutes or until it has a chili consistency.
Evenly measure out 4 equal servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
