  • 1 poblano pepper (chopped)

  • 3 cups shredded turkey (cooked)

  • 1 large yellow onion (diced)

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp cumin

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 28 oz. diced tomatoes

  • 4 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 tbsp chili powder

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. In a large pot, add olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add and mix in turkey and onion.

  3. Cook for around 4-6 minutes.

  4. Add and mix in tomato paste, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.

  5. Add the chicken broth and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes.

  6. Add and mix in the tomatoes.

  7. Cook for another 20-25 minutes or until it has a chili consistency.

  8. Evenly measure out 4 equal servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
