  • 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled, devein, & tail off)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 14 oz bag shredded cabbage

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (plain)

  • 4 tbsp primal kitchen mayo

  • 1 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning

  • 1/2 lime (squeezed)

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  1. In a bowl, add and mix together shrimp, 1 tbsp taco seasoning, and garlic powder.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and shrimp. 

  3. Cook until completely cooked through or until pink.

  4. Once done, remove from heat and set aside.

  5. In a seperate bowl from before, add and mix together mayo, greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp taco seasoning, and cayenne pepper.

  6. In another seperate bowl, add and mix shredded cabbage and mayo mixture.

  7. Evenly divide shrimp and cabbage mixture into 5 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
