1 1/2 lb chicken wings
9 fl oz root beer
1 cup primal kitchen bbq sauce
1 lb sweet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Remove skin from wings.
In a slow cooker, add wings, root beer, and bbq.
Cook on low for around 4 hours or until cooked through and not pink.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Once wings are done, carefully remove from slow cooker and place on baking sheet.
Brush a little bit more bbq on each wing but be careful not to overdo it.
Place wings in oven and broil for around 5-10 minutes or until your desired consistency.
Once done, remove from oven and set oven to 400º F.
Cut sweet potatoes into fries.
In a bowl, toss sweet potato fries, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.
On a baking sheet, evenly divide the sweet potato fries.
Bake for around 15-20 minutes or until your desired crispiness.
Evenly divide wings and fries into 7 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros. Another easy way to do this is to remove meat from bone and evenly divide the pulled meat into 7 servings.
