  • 1 1/2 lb chicken wings

  • 9 fl oz root beer

  • 1 cup primal kitchen bbq sauce

  • 1 lb sweet potatoes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  1. Remove skin from wings.

  2. In a slow cooker, add wings, root beer, and bbq.

  3. Cook on low for around 4 hours or until cooked through and not pink.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Once wings are done, carefully remove from slow cooker and place on baking sheet.

  6. Brush a little bit more bbq on each wing but be careful not to overdo it.

  7. Place wings in oven and broil for around 5-10 minutes or until your desired consistency.

  8. Once done, remove from oven and set oven to 400º F.

  9. Cut sweet potatoes into fries.

  10. In a bowl, toss sweet potato fries, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.

  11. On a baking sheet, evenly divide the sweet potato fries.

  12. Bake for around 15-20 minutes or until your desired crispiness.

  13. Evenly divide wings and fries into 7 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros. Another easy way to do this is to remove meat from bone and evenly divide the pulled meat into 7 servings.
