1 cup almond flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 lb cube steak (cut into strips)
2 eggs
2 cups almond milk
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
4 tbsp butter (grass-fed)
In a bowl, add and mix almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
In a seperate bowl, add and mix 3/4 cup almond milk and eggs.
Carefully cut cube steak into strips.
Working with one steak strip at a time, dip in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, then back in the flour mixture.
Set aside each steak strip once done coating.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil till skillet is completely covered.
Carefully add steak strips into skillet and cook for around 5 minutes or until golden and completely cooked through.
Once done, lay on a plate covered with a paper towel.
Once done cooking the steak fingers, add butter on skillet over medium heat.
Mix in all remaining flour mixture and cook for a couple minutes.
Slowly add and mix in 1 1/4 cup almond milk while brining heat to a boil.
Once at a boil, reduce heat to low while stirring till thick and set aside.
Evenly divide steak fingers and dip into 10 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
