  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 1/2 lb cube steak (cut into strips)

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 4 tbsp butter (grass-fed)

  1. In a bowl, add and mix almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

  2. In a seperate bowl, add and mix 3/4 cup almond milk and eggs.

  3. Carefully cut cube steak into strips.

  4. Working with one steak strip at a time, dip in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, then back in the flour mixture.

  5. Set aside each steak strip once done coating.

  6. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil till skillet is completely covered.

  7. Carefully add steak strips into skillet and cook for around 5 minutes or until golden and completely cooked through.

  8. Once done, lay on a plate covered with a paper towel.

  9. Once done cooking the steak fingers, add butter on skillet over medium heat.

  10. Mix in all remaining flour mixture and cook for a couple minutes.

  11. Slowly add and mix in 1 1/4 cup almond milk while brining heat to a boil.

  12. Once at a boil, reduce heat to low while stirring till thick and set aside.

  13. Evenly divide steak fingers and dip into 10 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
