  • 1 lb sirloin steak (cubed)

  • 1 red onion (sliced)

  • 2 bell peppers (sliced)

  • 2 tbsp liquid aminos

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning

  1. Cut steak into even sized cubes.

  2. In a bowl, add and mix together liquid aminos, balsamic, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and worcestershire sauce.

  3. Add and mix steak into bowl and let marinate while covered in fridge for at least 1 hour.

  4. Preheat grill to 400º F.

  5. Evenly divide steak, peppers, and onions on 5 skewers.

  6. Grill for around 10 minutes while turning throughout until your desired redness and consistency.

  7. Eating one skewer will come as close as possible to the given macros.
