1 lb sirloin steak (cubed)
1 red onion (sliced)
2 bell peppers (sliced)
2 tbsp liquid aminos
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
Cut steak into even sized cubes.
In a bowl, add and mix together liquid aminos, balsamic, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and worcestershire sauce.
Add and mix steak into bowl and let marinate while covered in fridge for at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill to 400º F.
Evenly divide steak, peppers, and onions on 5 skewers.
Grill for around 10 minutes while turning throughout until your desired redness and consistency.
Eating one skewer will come as close as possible to the given macros.
