  • 1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder

  • 8 1/2 oz. cottage cheese

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 package sugar-free strawberry jell-o mix

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven to 325º F.

  2. Make the Jell-O by following the instructions included with the package and place in the freezer.

  3. In a seperate bowl, completely blend together the cottage cheese and egg whites until very smooth with no remaining chunks.

  4. Add and blend in protein powder and vanilla extract.

  5. Transfer mixture into a small circular non-stick pan and bake for around 20 minutes but be careful not to burn.

  6. Once done, turn off oven and let the cheesecake cool inside the oven for a few minutes.

  7. Take, unsettled and slightly still liquid, Jell-O out of freezer and pour over cheesecake.

  8. Put cheesecake in fridge for 15 hours to set.

  9. Once set, evenly divide cheesecake into 3 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
