1/2 scoop 1st phorm level-1 strawberry protein powder
1 cup strawberries (sliced)
1/4 cup cottage cheese (low-fat)
1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
In a blender, add 1/2 cup strawberry slices, protein powder, cottage cheese, 1 cup ice, and almond milk.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with 1/2 cup strawberry slices.
Eating one bowl will come as close as possible to the given macros.
