Sweet Potato Mash

In a pot over high heat, add sweet potato and water.
Bring to a boil and continue to boil until sweet potato is soft.
Remove from heat and carefully let sweet potato cool.
Once cool, remove skin.
In a bowl, add the sweet potato, protein powder, cinnamon, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
With a hand mixer, blend to your desired consistency. Either smooth or chunky.
Top with fruit and mix throughout.
Eating 1 bowl will come as close as possible to the given macros.
