  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning

  • 1 small onion (chopped)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/8 tsp chipotle chili powder

  • primal kitchen bbq ranch

  • 1 large sweet potato (diced)

  • 1-2 tbsp ghee

  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with 1-2 tbsp ghee.

  2. Add and stir diced sweet potatoes and heat for 1 minute uncovered.

  3. Next heat 3-4 minutes covered until sweet potatoes are soft.

  4. Heat an additional 3 minutes uncovered to brown and  remove from heat.

  5. In a separate skillet, heat ghee over medium heat.

  6. Add and stir onions, red bell peppers, and garlic until soft.

  7. Add and stir in the ground beef with the taco seasoning and chipotle powder.

  8. Once beef is browned and veggies soft, add in the cooked sweet potatoes and stir.

  9. Serve with Primal Kitchen BBQ Ranch drizzled on top. Split recipe into 4 equal containers or 4 servings to come close to given macros.
